How to change speed of playback to double or half?

Sometimes you may want to speed up the playback or make it a bit slower so that you can better follow the discussion. You can do this with Instacast by using the playback options. To get the playback options to display, tap the podcast image or the video twice. Tap the little icon with the 1x inside and playback speed changes to 2x. Tap again and it changes to 1/2x. Tap again and it plays back with normal speed.
